Convert Unix Time

Version 1.0   6 May 2015

Summary

Convert Unix Time converts Unix Timestamps to various other time formats.

Instructions

Type a Unix timestamp into the uppermost box, then press the RETURN (or ENTER) key. The converted time is displayed in the lowest box in the currently defined format.

The equivalent Local and Universal Times are displayed in the other boxes.

The widget can convert Unix timestamps into the following formats:

Local Time
Universal Time
GPS Week
Internet Time
Julian Date
Macintosh Time
Modified Julian Date
NTP Time

The local time displayed depends upon the local time zone in operation at the relevant time. The time zone is shown in the form +hhmm (East of Greenwich) or -hhmm (West of Greenwich).

Settings

There are popup menus to select the output format and to have the widget operate as a clock.
